Development of Arspet

In 1980, with our country being in an important position in exports and logistics becoming a necessity, it expanded abroad and started transit services from Izmir to Europe. ARSPET, which has achieved a successful graphic with the continuous increase in exports in our country, has become an important position in the field of international transportation in the Aegean region with the new vehicles added to its fleet every day.

In 1967, for the first time in Turkey, it started passenger transportation between Ödemiş and İzmir by making a bus from a truck chassis. Afterwards, it bought new buses and expanded its passenger transportation and continued passenger transportation until 1978. In 1978, Cevat Savaşan sold the buses in parallel with the economic development of the country and turned completely to freight transportation.

In 1996, his sons Ayhan Savaşan and Aslan Savaşan, who took over the flag from the late Cevat Savaşan, who passed away, grew their business with rational solutions and made Arspet the largest transportation company in the Aegean region today.
